Used to close the pouches, and to hold them on the tables, together with the elastics.
The 2.8 mm hooks are perfect for the 3-4 mm pouches and the 3.5 mm hooks for the 6-23 mm pouches.
The difference between the inverted hook is that the position of the ring remains flat.
