Data Protection Officer and Contact Information

Due to the type and quantity of personal data processed, INTERMAS does not require a Data Protection Officer (DPO) but has appointed a Data Protection Manager responsible for safeguarding data subjects' rights, supervising, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. How Do We Use the Data You Provide?

1. For Contractual Compliance Purposes

To fulfill agreements related to product supply and/or service provision as contracted, ensuring compliance with the conditions set in each contract, as well as managing labor relations.

2. For Commercial Communication Purposes Based on Your Consent

To communicate promotions and activities of Intermas Nets, S.A., we explicitly request your consent, which can be revoked at any time in a simple manner.

3. For Access Control and Video Surveillance Purposes

Based on INTERMAS GROUP’s legitimate interest, to protect its facilities and assets, as well as ensure people's safety and comply with emergency plans.

Data Disclosure

Your personal data will be exclusively processed by the Data Controller and will not be shared with third parties, except with your prior authorization.

Data Retention Periods

  • The data collected will be retained for the duration of the contract or authorization and, once concluded, for the legally established period.
  • For video surveillance and access control, data will be retained for 30 days.

International Data Transfers

We inform you that under no circumstances will your data be processed or stored outside the European Union or in countries that do not meet the GDPR requirements.

Exercising Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights free of charge by sending an email to rgpd@intermasgroup.com along with a copy of your ID or equivalent document:

  • Access: Consultation of your personal data held by each data controller.
  • Rectification: Modify your data if it has changed, is inaccurate, or incomplete.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your data.
  • Objection: Request that your data not be processed.
  • Restriction of Processing: Request limitations on data processing in the following cases:
    • While verifying accuracy (contesting data).
    • If unlawful processing occurs, but you do not wish for the data to be deleted.
    • If the controller no longer needs your data, but you require it for legal defense or claims.
    • When an objection request is under review to determine whether public or legitimate interests override your objection.
  • Portability: The right to receive the data you provided in an electronic format and to transmit it to another organization.
  • Complaints: If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can file a complaint with rgpd@intermasgroup.com or with your country’s Data Protection Authority.

SUBMITTING CURRICULUM VITAE (CVs)

Personal data contained in your CV, submitted to INTERMAS NETS, S.A.U., will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (http://www.intermas.com/es/aviso-legal.html) for the purpose of managing job applications.

By sending your CV, you voluntarily consent to this processing. Your data will not be shared with third parties or transferred internationally and will be retained for six months. You are responsible for keeping it updated.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, and portability via email to rgpd@intermasgroup.com, attaching a copy of your ID. Additionally, you may file complaints with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

All content provided by INTERMAS NETS, S.A.U. is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and is owned exclusively by INTERMAS NETS, S.A.U. or other legally designated entities.

Purchasing a product or service from INTERMAS NETS, S.A.U. does not grant the buyer any right to modify, exploit, reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate said content. Any transfer of rights requires prior written consent from the content owner.

Intellectual property covers all content, graphics, logos, designs, images, and source code used for web programming.
