It includes identifying and validating technologies as well as suppliers for materials, bringing innovation, improving quality, reducing costs and managing relationship while reducing risk and ensuring the security of supplies. One of our main goals is to detect and anticipate trends to avoid the threats of market evolution.

Our department is one of the important parameters of our core business. Composed of professionals working in 5 manufacturing sites in Europe to offer reliable finished products to our clients. In industrial sites, several departments work together to ensure the maintenance, Engineering Development & Engineering processes use our knowhow to stay in line with client expectations.

Our department aims to promote Quality, Food Safety, and respect and care for the environment by preserving the Health and Safety of our employees through our Integrated Management System.

Supply chain

Our department is made up of Logistics, Procurement, Planning and Customer Service. They provide support through our logistics network, with high-quality coverage throughout the territories. Our 14 warehouses worldwide are composed of specialised staff working to offer our partners control and support services while coordinating all processes to ensure high-quality, safe delivery.

Our department of financial and administration plays a critical role in a strategic decision-making operation throughout our organisation. All teams work closely with other departments for the overall coordination and evaluation of the organisation’s finances. 

Controlling allows the Group Companies to evaluate strategic and operational lines, providing useful analysis to make the right decisions in terms of securing the future orientation of the business. And the Legal Department within the Group works to maintain and prevent any legal issues ensuring and advising properly the business.

Our department promotes our business and drives sales of products or services offered to our customers. Our team provides the necessary research to identify target customers and other audiences according to the marketplace in Europe for BtoC brands and worldwide for BtoB activities.

Our IT Department provides both customers and employees access to the Information Technology required for the fulfilment of projects and daily work in an efficient and effective manner to ensure a great experience. The team also provides training and technical problem solving support to create a secure and safe environment.
With a global Corporate vision, the IT Department defines the rules and best practices to manage the Information System of the Company.
